Internet-connected online executives participated in Zeng Shi’s powerful lecture “Chinese Management”

Chinese-style management refers to the use of Chinese management philosophy to properly use Western modern management science and fully consider the Chinese people's cultural traditions and psychological and behavioral characteristics in order to achieve better management results. Chinese-style management is in fact a rationalization of management. It emphasizes that management is the process of repairing people. Chinese-style management takes the “safety people” as the ultimate goal, so it is more inclusive; on the basis of the theory of the Book of Changes, it is reasonable to respond to the personnel phenomenon of “different and different in the same thing”, and advocates starting from individual self-cultivation. Only then are they qualified to be engaged in management, and the career is only practiced by self-cultivation, home ownership and governance.
